My dads dad (my grandfather) is from Holland which makes my dad half dutch, which gives me some Dutch blood. My surname van Waelsden is Dutch. My grandfather moved to New Zealand. My brother Mitchell and sister Hannah all call our grandparents on our dads side by Oma (lady) and Opa (male) as these are the translations. All my close imediate family are all born within New Zealand and have been mainly brought up in Christchurch.
